About Mars Hydro

We build grow lighting for growers who measure outcomes.

Mars Hydro began in 2009 with a clear idea: efficient LED grow lights should be accessible, understandable, and practical for real cultivation rooms. Since then, the company has grown into a horticultural lighting manufacturer serving home cultivators, commercial facilities, greenhouse teams, and indoor agriculture operators in more than 120 countries. The product range now includes TS full-spectrum panels, TSW high-output fixtures, SP and FC commercial platforms, smart controllers, PPFD sensors, replacement drivers, and grow light kits.

Our identity is not built around decorative lighting language. It is built around plant response, thermal management, driver reliability, control clarity, and support that helps operators keep growing. The Mars Hydro team combines R&D, manufacturing, warehouse coordination, and customer support so a grower can move from research to purchase to installation without losing the thread of the project.

From simple panels to connected cultivation infrastructure.

The early Mars Hydro story was about replacing inefficient lighting with LED panels that growers could afford and install without a specialist crew. As controlled-environment agriculture matured, growers began asking harder questions: how uniform is the canopy, how should dimming change through a crop cycle, how does the fixture affect HVAC load, and how can multiple rooms be controlled without manual guesswork? Those questions shaped the current product direction.

“A grow light is not just a bright object above a plant. It is a daily operating decision that affects energy, labor, heat, yield, and confidence.”

That operating mindset informs the way Mars Hydro develops fixtures and support materials. We prioritize clear PPFD conversations, straightforward mounting guidance, accessible replacement parts, and smart controls that make schedules easier to repeat. For growers scaling from one room to many, repeatability is often as important as peak output.

Evidence before claims

We ground product discussions in spectrum, coverage, power, heat, and the operating realities of each grow environment.

Support after shipment

Warehouses, service parts, documentation, and technical responses help customers keep rooms productive over time.

Accessible innovation

Smart control, sensor feedback, and commercial fixture platforms are developed to be useful, not intimidating.

Supporting a practical growing community.

Growers often learn through iteration, and lighting is one of the most expensive variables to misunderstand. Mars Hydro invests in practical product education, setup references, controller guidance, and responsive communication so customers can make better decisions earlier. Whether the project is a small propagation room or a commercial expansion, our goal is to reduce uncertainty around fixture choice, installation, and everyday operation.

With headquarters in Shenzhen and a U.S. warehouse in Ontario, California, the company connects manufacturing capability with market-facing support. Certifications including DLC Premium, ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, and ETL reflect the discipline needed to serve a global customer base.
